Quarterly Women of Wind Energy Meeting Held at Minneapolis Stoel Rives Office
The Minneapolis office of Stoel Rives hosted the quarterly meeting today for the Twin Cities Chapter of Women of Wind Energy. Beth Soholt, director of Wind on the Wires, was the guest speaker. Beth discussed Midwest transmission regulatory issues on which she and Wind on the Wires are working, including the MISO queue reform process, the progress of new transmission lines in Minnesota through the CapX2020 project, and other regulatory and legislative updates. The meeting was well attended by more than 30 people involved in the wind industry.
