Thank you for reading my bio. I help inventors, artists, and brands strengthen their businesses by enforcing (or avoiding) intellectual property rights. I do patent infringement litigation, copyright and trademark litigation, cease and desist letters, trade secrets disputes, and patent-related matters. This often happens in federal court or before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. I help coordinate an informal working group on blockchain and, separately, contribute to Stoel Rives’ energy, climate change, and solar initiatives.
