Meghan O’Brien is an associate in Stoel Rives’ energy development group. Before joining Stoel Rives, Meghan was an attorney-advisor with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, Office of the General Counsel, Energy Markets Section (2019–2023), where she advised the Commission on complex issues associated with the Commission’s regulation of public utilities. She was also a regulatory analyst with the California Public Utilities Commission, Public Advocates Office, Electricity Planning & Public Policy Branch (2018–2019), where she evaluated utility applications and commission proposals.
